I received great service throughout my time with The Foot Lab for my ingrown toenail. Claire was the podiatrist that looked after me during my treatment here and she did a great job with everything from the consult up until the aftercare following my toenail surgery.

I would 100% recommend The Foot Lab. I came in with an issue with my toe. After an initial appointment with James who put me at ease and helped figure out a plan, I was back in a week later for toenail surgery.

I have been using the footlab for a number of years now and I couldn't recomend it more!! I have really dry hard skin which results in pain when walking but with the help from Claire my feet feel so light and smooth. 5 star service every time!!

Claire worked wonders with my feet and made me feel human again, not an easy task I can assure you when I spend 12 hours plus a day in work boots. The service is second to none with great conversation which makes the time fly by all too quickly. Looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10
I've been a regular here for about eight months, visiting every four weeks or so, and it's become my go-to podiatry clinic after trying others that didn't quite meet my expectations. I can be quite particular and value attention to detail, so finding the right practitioner and place takes time. Gemma and her team have truly earned my trust - they're professional, attentive, and always handle any concerns with politeness, efficiency, and a reassuring level of care.

We've been going to the Footlab for years as a family, my parents even drive down from Scotland to go for treatment. They recently helped us out massively with an injured toenail my autistic son had which prevented him from having major surgery. Gemma has been my podiatrist for the last 5 years; she is highly professional, courteous and fastidious in all her work. During this period, Gemma has improved the health/condition of my feet. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gemma (and her colleagues) to anyone who needs specialist first class podiatry care.
I first went to the Footlab a few years ago, as I had lower back pain (I know not my feet)!. However, it turned out that my feet were turning in can't remember the exact name for it. I got some made to measure insoles and what a difference I no longer have the back pain. I also go for medical pedicures now and again and it feels like you are floating on air when you are finished.

I have been going to Gemma for around 5 years , she looks after my feet as I have diabetes and need extra attention . She is absolutely amazing at her job looks after me and my feet every 6 weeks I would not go else where , would definitely recommend the foot lab 100%
