I received great service throughout my time with The Foot Lab for my ingrown toenail. Claire was the podiatrist that looked after me during my treatment here and she did a great job with everything from the consult up until the aftercare following my toenail surgery.

They recently helped us out massively with an injured toenail my autistic son had which prevented him from having major surgery. Gemma has been my podiatrist for the last 5 years; she is highly professional, courteous and fastidious in all her work. During this period, Gemma has improved the health/condition of my feet. I first went to the Footlab a few years ago, as I had lower back pain (I know not my feet)!. However, it turned out that my feet were turning in can't remember the exact name for it. I got some made to measure insoles and what a difference I no longer have the back pain. I also go for medical pedicures now and again and it feels like you are floating on air when you are finished.
